Admission Formalities

  • Appropriately filled in application form.
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
  • Submission of Transfer Certificate from class I onwards.
  • Two recent passport size photographs of the child.
  • Students from other streams should get the T.C duly countersigned by competent Educational Officer.
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.

Code Of Conduct For Pupils

  • All the students must be inside the school premises by 8.45 a.m sharply.
  • Students should converse in English.
  • Every student must have a copy of this diary which should be brought to school daily.
  • The school uniform is compulsory on all working days, school functions and during excursions.
  • Students must be punctual for assembly, class, and for all occasions.
  • Without the prior permission from the Principal, no student is allowed to leave the school campus between 8.45 am to 4.20 p.m.
  • Students must come to school neatly dressed in uniform, hair trimmed and well combed and shoes polished/cleaned.
  • Wearing jewels is strictly prohibited. School will not take any responsibility for the loss.
  • Parents are advised not to give excess pocket money. Students are prohibited from purchasing food items from unauthorized vendors.
  • Students diary must be read and signed daily by the parents or guardians. They should verify the work of the students as per diary before signing.
  • All the students must have responsibility of keeping their classrooms and school premises clean and tidy and also must try to maintain strict discipline and manners.
  • Students are the responsible for the safe keep of their belongings like books, tiffin boxes, cycle and so on.
  • Unruly behavior, running, screaming in the school premises will attract severe punishment.
  • School fees must be paid within the dates specified by the school office. If the payment is delayed, fine will be collected.
  • Students must avoid taking leave unnecessarily.
  • Taking leave during examinations is unacceptable.
  • Any leave exceeding 3 continuous days needs a medical certificate.
  • Littering is prohibited. Anybody found violating will be severely punished/fined.
  • All students should maintain the following code of conduct inside and outside the school;
    • They should be sensitive to the needs of fellow students, teachers, parents, and the general public and give due respect to them.
    • They should take pride in their personal appearance and present themselves neatly always.
    • They should extend courtesy and greet teachers, staff, and visitors.
    • Students should stand and extend respect when a teacher /an elder enters or leaves the classroom or other common areas.
    • Objectionable gestures like keeping hands in the pocket, touching others while talking is to be avoided.
    • Objectionable mannerisms like leaning against walls, desks, etc., should be strictly avoided.
    • Speak to teachers/elders politely and with courtesy.
  • Writing/scribbling on the wall, defacing school property, splashing ink or damaging school property in any way is a punishable offence and students found indulging in such activity will be fined.
  • All students must take their own responsibility for their books, fountain pens, Geometry box, Tiffin box or any other articles they bring to school.
  • Pupils who have been absent or who come late will be admitted in the class only with the permission of the Principal.
  • If a pupil absents himself/herself for more than 3 days (consecutively) without prior permission of the Principal his / her name will be struck off from the rolls.
  • Leave or absence can only be availed under exceptions and grave circumstances. The reason for which must be specifically stated in the leave application. Verbal messages will not be accepted.
  • Attendance on the day of reopening of the school and last day before commencement of vacation is compulsory.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual offence, obscenity in language or acts insubordination, cheating, misbehavior, misconduct, maligning the name and reputation of the school could lead to dismissal of the student.
  • While moving from class to class or to the playground or library, pupils should march silently.
  • Order and discipline should be maintained when students move from the class, especially when alighting and travelling on the school bus.
  • Students are prohibited from bringing story books, mobile phones, periodicals or magazines of any description to school except those books prescribed /recommended by the school for their classwork.
  • Students should not exchange articles, borrow or lend money among them.
  • Irregular attendance, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of staff or bad moral influence, attempt of copying and other delinquencies shall be dealt severely.
  • Students are discouraged from + encouraging in private tuition unless recommended by the Principal.
  • Parents/Guardians are not permitted to speak to the teachers during school/class hours unless permitted by the Principal.
  • All communication to the school from the parent/guardian should be addressed and directed to the Principal.
  • Decision regarding promotion of the student is final and binding. No requests for reconsideration will be encouraged in this regard.
  • Students are instructed to follow all the above rules strictly and sincerely.
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to read, understand and ensure that their ward follow the above rules in spirit and conduct.
  • Every student should Endeavour to keep and fair name of the school by excelling in good manners.
  • The Institutions take responsibility for the students within the school premises, but not for an outward incident which is beyond their control.
