Attendance & Leave Policy

Regularity and punctuality are key indicators of a responsible student.

School attendance visual
  1. Students must attend all working days. A minimum attendance of 90% is required to appear for examinations.
  2. Leave applications should be submitted in the school diary or through a handwritten letter signed by the parent/guardian.
  3. Absence for more than 15 consecutive days on medical grounds must be supported by a Doctor’s Certificate mentioning both illness and fitness.
  4. Students are not permitted to leave the campus early without written permission from the Principal.
  5. Attendance on the first and last day of each term and after vacations is compulsory.
  6. Repeated absenteeism or late arrivals will invite disciplinary action or loss of attendance marks.
